The class is live each Friday 1 – 2 pm (pacific time zone).

When you join us live, we’ll have a live Q & A. So join us early for any questions. The class itself will begin promptly at 1pm and end around 2pm. I’ll be online several minutes beforehand to answer any of your questions or comments and will stick around at the end for any further clarification or insights you experience.
When you get the replay, you’ll get access to a written set of guidelines and the class recording that you’ll download in a private access area where you can ask me questions or post your comments… I won’t leave you hanging, just hanging loose.
